REBRAND
Our mission was to bring the people-first ethos of the agency to the forefront of their brand, positioning the business as the “First People of Recruitment.” We aimed to create a brand that resonates deeply with both clients and candidates by reflecting shared values and beliefs as well as linking back to culture.
FPRS commissioned a local Indigenous artist to create a piece of art that reflects the spirit and values of the agency. This artwork became the foundation of the new brand identity, providing visuals that celebrate heritage and community.
Our rebrand centred on highlighting the agency’s commitment to people, ensuring that this value is evident in every aspect of the brand.
